ARTICLE 1 – PREPARATION AND SHIPPING

All orders are prepared within 5 working days maximum (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order and are then shipped via La Poste.
– For national orders, the indicative delivery time is 3 to 4 working days from dispatch.

Orders are shipped by letter followed, the tracking number is provided by e-mail. Please check that you have entered a valid e-mail to receive it and check your spam emails.

ARTICLE 2 – SHIPPING & PACKAGING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items and the size of the order. All orders are shipped in cardboard envelopes, except for large quantities.

ARTICLE 3 – THE CUSTOMER

The Customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to hold parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the edition.studiochamplibre.com site. When registering the Customer’s personal data in the “my account” section, the latter must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data it provides. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient’s contact details, Société Champ Libre cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. ARTICLE 5 – PRICE

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding handling and shipping costs. These prices are communicated in Euros.

In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product (s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable for any order shipped outside the European Union.

These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the company Champ Libre. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and / or bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

All orders regardless of their origin are payable in Euros.

Champ Libre reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order entry, subject to their availability.

ARTICLE 6 – VALIDATION

ARTICLE 7 – AVAILABILITY

Our product offers are offered within the limits of available stocks.

ARTICLE 8 – PAYMENT & SECURITY

Secure online payment by credit card is made by the payment service provider Stripe. This payment method is secure. Once the payment has been initiated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. By providing their banking information during the sale, the Customer authorizes the company Champ Libre to debit their card for the amount relating to the price indicated. The Customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it. In the event of an error, or in the event that it is impossible to debit the card, the Sale is immediately terminated automatically and the order canceled.

All payment details are the responsibility of Stripe’s secure service.

ARTICLE 9 – WITHDRAWAL FROM THE WORKSHOP

Studio Champ Libre offers you to collect your works “at the workshop” within 1 month of the day of your purchase. Once this deadline has passed, the artwork cannot be returned to you.

ARTICLE 10 – CLAIM

The Buyer can submit any complaint, within 30 days of the Order, by contacting the Company by mail addressed to Studio Champ Libre, 26 rue de l’école, 25000 Besançon, or by email to hello@studiochamplibre.com.

Société Champ Libre undertakes to provide a response within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

Article 11 – Intellectual property rights

Trademarks, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of Champ Libre. No assignment of intellectual property rights is made through these GTCS. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited without the written consent of Champ Libre. Any single link or hyperlink is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the Seller. All texts and images presented on the Seller’s site are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

Article 12 – Force majeure

The performance of the Seller’s obligations at the end of these presents is suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure which would prevent its performance. The seller will notify the customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.

Article 13 – Nullity

If one of the stipulations of this Contract were canceled, this nullity would not entail the nullity of the other stipulations which will remain in force between the Parties.

Article 14 – Protection of personal data

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the rights to query, access, modify, oppose and rectify personal data concerning him. By adhering to these T & Cs, the Customer agrees that the Seller collects and uses his data for the performance of this contract. By entering his email address on the site, the Customer will receive emails containing information and / or promotional offers concerning products published by Studio Champ Libre.
